Mark Douglass

Mark has more than 15 years of experience leading the delivery of social services and workforce development supports in communities across the country. Mark served in the U.S. Coast Guard and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business.

Nicole Ganier

Nicole has more than 25 years of talent management experience and has held executive-level leadership positions with national responsibility for sales and operations and is considered to be a thought leader regarding diversity and inclusion. Her portfolio of clientele includes well-known Fortune 100 brands Bank of America, CitiGroup, Johnson & Johnson and the Walt Disney Company. Nicole attended California State University, Los Angeles, and studied sociology at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.

Lisa Boyd, Vice President of Operations

Lisa Boyd

Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in human services. Her background includes experience in the non-profit, government and for-profit sectors across multiple states. She joined the organization in 2015 as a Project Director for Wisconsin Works and has grown progressively in regional leadership.

Stacia Peters

Stacia is an innovative leader in housing solutions and workforce development. Her 20 years of experience has been exclusively focused on serving those most vulnerable in our community with a dynamic and results-oriented leadership style that serves the public good. Stacia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Almeda University in Boise, Idaho.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in education and workforce services. He has a thorough knowledge of public assistance and workforce development programs with a focus on individual and community impact. Steve is a proven leader and an innovative administrator.
